Edsel Avitia did some leak prevention patching on my roof with some new silicone material rather than the black tar stuff. It patched really well and stopped the leak. He also recommended some waterproof silicone material for my water fountain that had sprung several leaks in the water pan.

I applied the material in just a few minutes and it too has stopped leaking. Edsel has a lot of knowledge and expertise and is very helpful. I would highly recommend him and have referred him to my brother-in-law. Edsel then helped me with some patching material for our birdbath water fountain. I leaked like a sieve before and now it does not and the birds love it.
